MultiLab® VG.Lab
flexible vertical granulator for maximum efficiency
The VG.Lab module delivers high‑shear granulation for fast production of dense, high‑quality granulates. It shortens processing time without compromising quality, supported by a newly integrated sieve technology. Multiple rotor designs and sieve inserts ensure optimal adaptability. Temperature‑controlled vessels are available in 10 liter and 15 liter, with additional options for very small batches down to 0.1 liter.
Combined with other MultiLab® process modules, the VG.Lab is a core component of a high‑performance laboratory granulation line.
MultiLab® GPCG.Lab

The GPCG.Lab is designed for granulation, drying, and coating in trusted Glatt quality. It supports up to six different process combinations, making it the most versatile module within the MultiLab® system.

- Combo containers in 3 liter, 6 liter, and 10 liter
- New Multiport system with inserts for TopSpray and HS Wurster (bottom/tangential spray)

The GC.Lab module is a highly efficient laboratory coater, specifically developed for optimized coating at a very small scale. A flat spray nozzle equipped with patented ABC (Anti‑Bearding‑Cap) technology ensures homogeneous, adjustable spraying and reproducible results.
