All control systems are developed and manufactured in-house by Glatt using globally established software and hardware. Based on the intuitive, smart GlattView operating concept, they enable simple and safe operation even for demanding processes. Glatt offers the SCADA-based GlattView operating concept starting at the laboratory scale and for all production plants. With the recipe-based GlattViewBatch or GlattViewKonti control system, the same product quality is guaranteed under clearly defined production conditions. This ensures reproducibility at all times. If you have a change in plant operators across different Glatt process plants, this can be implemented very easily with minimal training effort thanks to the same user interface and visualization.
