All Glatt systems are designed with a strong focus on the quality and energy efficiency of the supply and exhaust air. During the specification and design phases, we always prioritize the energy efficiency of the entire system as well as emissions, ensuring that our customers can operate their Glatt systems in an environmentally sustainable manner. For the supply air, temperature, purity, and volume must be maintained at constant and reproducible levels. Each system is tailored to meet individual customer requirements as well as local regulations. We then utilize our modular system to configure the supply and exhaust air systems so that they fit the systems precisely.
Some examples: antifreeze heating, humidification and dehumidification, increased heating capacity, HEPA filters – almost anything is possible.
The treatment of exhaust air serves safety and environmental protection.
Post-dust collectors – static and/or with automatic cleaning – and HEPA filters as final filters ensure environmental protection. Fan noise can be reduced by using a silencer. If organic solvents are used, relevant emission control regulations must be observed. To meet these requirements, scrubbers, adsorption systems, combustion, or a closed-loop system with N₂ are used.
